Job Description
As an Escrow Officer you will need to have the ability to take a closing file from start to finish. Review Title commitment and obtain all necessary information to clear title exceptions. Obtain HOA letters, payoffs, surveys, etc, if necessary. You must have knowledge of Closing Disclosure and Title Closing documents and will be responsible for contacting all parties including lenders, Real Estate Agents, buyers and sellers to coordinate closings. You will review title and lender documents for accuracy. You will also conduct closings and ship all reviewed files to Post Closing for review and disbursement.
Qualifications and Requirements
Work Location: Hybrid, offices located in Plano and Southlake.
